About FEA/GEA

Since 1974 FEA/GEA has served active and retired federal and government employees during all decision-making phases of their career. FEA/GEA membership is a major resource for federal and government employees who want affordable off the job benefits. Whether you are planning that great vacation or just wanting a diamond ring for that special occasion, the FEA/GEA membership is the source for extra savings.

The purpose and objective of the FEA/GEA, which is owned by its members and operated by current and former government employees is to promote the social and financial welfare of all federal and government employees. We strive to improve the “IMAGE” of the members both locally and nationally by supporting community projects and programs.

The FEA/GEA Membership offers scholarship grants to deserving dependents of our members. Membership includes benefits in savings local and national business establishments that offer their goods and/or services to our members at substantial savings i.e. Hotel/Motel discounts, discounts on purchases of televisions and electrical items, small electrical appliances, china, crystal, silverware, fine jewelry and watches, luggage and computers, car rentals nationwide and other items too numerous to list. Member of the board of trustees since 1973; Served as President since 1986; Chairman of the scholarship committee trustee for the FEA\GEA dental program; a native of Owensboro, KY; US Army veteran of Korea 1953-1955; US Air Force 1955-1963; married 38 years two children, four grandchildren; and a retired Texas school teacher of 26 years.
